About Tim Cheuvront

As a dedicated real estate professional I specialize in connecting buyers and sellers across residential, commercial, and raw land development markets. I have been a resident of West Virginia all of my life and I love my home state! I was born and raised in Fairmont near Valley Falls State Park which has many beautiful sites, scenery  and people. I enjoy the outdoors and home construction projects that make me feel both proud and productive. Every project produces new lessons learned and valuable experience I can pass on to others. I have always enjoyed learning about realty and all aspects of home ownership and sales. Besides helping clients find their future homes I also love raw rural acreage in both our local area and around our great state. I am very proud to represent Picket Fences as a new Realtor and look forward to what the future may bring working in sales for them.
